Online Orders:
You can place your order online if you live in the U.S.A. or any of the
following countries:
Please contact us if your country is not listed here. We will let you know how
to make your purchase with us.
International Orders (outside the U.S.A.):
International orders from the countries listed above will require that you have
a verified, non-US PayPal Account. We will only ship international orders to
your confirmed PayPal address (this is your credit card's billing address).

In case you don't have a PayPal account, you can proceed to the checkout page
and follow the instructions to enter your credit card information and open your
PayPal account at the same time. We reserve the right to require that you fax
us your ID, the front and back of your credit card and last credit card
statement until your account is verified by PayPal. More information about

International customers living in any country can also pay us by wire (bank)
transfer to Compumusic's bank account in the U.S.A. There is a $20 surcharge if
you use this payment method. Please contact us for more information.
International customers who have a U.S. bank account (checking) can also place
orders with us. Please contact us for more information.
You can calculate the shipping cost to your country using our Shipping
Calculator. Just choose your country, enter your Postal Code and hit Enter (or
click on Get Rates).
International orders can be shipped in two ways: UPS and DHL. UPS can take 2 ~
5 business days to be delivered (depending on the method chosen). DHL orders
will take approx. 7 business days.
If you have a Courier account (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc.), we can ship your order
using it. contact us for more information.
In case you have a Mailbox address in the USA (SKYBOX, MAILBOXES, etc.), we can
ship your order to this address. Contact us for more information.
Shipping cost does not include customs, VAT, duties or any other fees or taxes.
You will be required by the Courier company to pay for this concept at the
moment of delivery (or before).
If you are ordering equipment that requires to be plugged into a wall outlet,
please contact us to verify that it will accept the Volts/Cycles used in your
country. In case it doesn't, you will need a power converter.
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. You will be able to
track your order at the Courier's website.

Pricing:
Prices advertised here do not include shipping. We invite you to compare our
prices with other stores that offer free-shipping and you will find that our
prices, even with the shipping cost added, are lower than theirs.
Some manufacturers don't let us show prices below MAP (Minimum Advertised
Price). For these products you can get your low price by email. Just click the
Get your low price link and enter your email address. In a few seconds you will
receive your low price and a link to add this item (with the price you just
got) to your shopping cart.
Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
Payments:
We use PayPal as our payment processor. You can pay with your credit card (See Note
1) , eCheck (see Note 2), or money you may have on your PayPal
account.
Note 1.- In case you have not added your credit card to your PayPal
account, please do so by logging into your PayPal account and then clicking on Add
Credit Card. When you are done, you can log off and proceed to place
your order with us. When you are on the PayPal checkout page, just choose your
credit card as the source of funds.
Note 2.- You can pay with an eCheck through your PayPal account, but
note that your order will ship in four business days, after the funds have
cleared from your PayPal account.
For some special situations, when the shopping cart does not reflect the amount
that will be paid, a special checkout button will be sent to your email
address. Just click on that button and follow the instructions to complete the
payment.
PayPal is currently being used by more than 50,000,000 people to make and
receive payments online. We personally have used PayPal for about 2 years and
have had absolutely no problems at all. PayPal is free for personal use, so it
won't cost you a cent to open and maintain an account, even if your balance is
$0.00.
There are many things you can do with a PayPal account, impossible to achieve

Backorders:
We usually have stock on all the products we sell. However, there will be cases
when the product you just already ordered is out of stock. You will be notified
immediately of this situation and you will have two alternatives:

Keep your order on backorder: You will be given an estimated date of arrival of
the product. We will drop ship this product directly from our distributor once
it arrives to their warehouse.

Ask for a complete refund: All the money you paid (including shipping and tax)
will be sent to the same PayPal account used to pay for the purchase. You will
be notified by email when the product is available.
Shipping:
U.S. shipping through UPS. We have a shipping calculator that is connected to
the UPS servers in real time. The amount you will pay for shipping is the
amount indicated by the calculator.
We also have an international shipping calculator that works with UPS and DHL.
U.S. Orders placed before 4:00 pm EST will ship the same day.
Returns:
Compumusic will only allow returns of malfunctioning equipment. For example, if
it doesn't turn on, a button or knob that doesn't work or any other mechanical,
electrical or electronical malfunction. You will have 30 days, counted from the
date you received the product, to notify us of such problems and obtain an
immediate exchange. Compumusic will not allow returns due to compatibilty
issues between your Hardware / Operating System (PC or Mac) and your purchased
equipment and/or software.
In case your product needs to be returned to Compumusic due to a malfunction,
it will be exchanged for another of the same brand and model. Please write an
email to returns@compumusic.com and you will be given instructions on how to do
this.
After 30 days, you will have 11 months of warranty from the manufacturer.
Please go to the manufacturer's website for details. It's highly recommended
that you register your product immediately after receiving it so you can enjoy
the manufacturer's technical support, hardware and software updates, etc. You
can do this through the manufacturer's website or by sending the registration
card that comes with your equipment.
International returns will require that you ship the equipment back to the U.S.
(pre-paid). We will repair/replace the unit at no cost if it's in the warranty
period. You will be charged for shipping of the repaired/replaced unit back to
you. We will prepare a special invoice so you don't be charged for customs
again.
MIDI Files, software, books, CDs, DVDs and Videos cannot be returned due to
Copyright laws.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued to the same PayPal account used to pay for the
product(s).
Warranty:
One year manufacturer's warranty on all the equipment we sell. Warranty valid
only in the U.S. See the Returns section for more information. We are
authorized dealers of all the products we sell.
Disclaimer:
We have tried our best to put all the information available on the
manufacturers' websites about the products we sell so you can make an informed
decision about your purchase. However, it's your responsibility to check the
manufacturers' websites for compatibility issues (Hardware and/or Operating
System) between your computer and the product you would like to purchase. In
case of doubt, please send us an email to info@compumusic.com including your
system specs and the product you would like to buy.
All prices and product information subject to change without notice.
Even though we carefully check all prices and other product information,
Compumusic is not responsible for any typographical errors that could appear on
this website. If we encounter that there was a mistake on the price of the
product you are purchasing, and this price is against Compumusic interests, you
will be notified of this error and given the correct price. In case you agree,
the difference will be charged to your account. In case you don't, you will be
refunded the full amont of your purchase, including shipping, handling and
sales tax.
Privacy:
Your credit card information, billing address and phone number are stored on
PayPal secure servers. Compumusic will only collect your name, order details,
email and shipping address, which are sent to us once your payment is verified.
For international orders we will need your phone number, required by the
Courier to contact you.
We will never sell or rent your email or personal information to anyone, for
any reason.
